Holiday apartment in Dinard, located in the centre of Dinard, close to the beach, restaurants, indoor market and bakeries. Only 200 metres from the main sandy beach, an ideal seaside vacation rental in Dinard.

The apartment is located on the second floor within a traditional stone Dinard townhouse, and is accessed by stairs. Entering the apartment, there is a spacious living area, dining table with chairs and corner kitchen. Next to this room is a double bedroom and separate bathroom with WC. A short flight of stairs leads to a spacious attic bedroom with two single beds and a cot. There are stairgates at the top and bottom of these stairs. Electric radiators and double glazing make the apartment a comfortable base all year round.

From the front door, you can stroll to Dinard’s main beach (Plage de l’écluse) in about three minutes. There is a good selection of restaurants and bakeries close by, and you’ll also find the large indoor market ‘Les Halles’ as well as a small supermarket and a range of individually owned shops and art galleries.

There is a lot to see in the local area, the historic towns of  St Malo and Dinan are about 30 minutes away, and wonderful  Mont St Michel is also a just a short drive. Book now – check availability and reserve online


In the centre of Dinard, very close to the principal beach – La plage de l’écluse. Easy walk to the shops,bakeries and restaurants of Dinard, as well as the town’s very good food market – Les Halles.

Kitchen Facilities: Oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster.
Bed Linen and Towels:  Linen and towels are included within the rental prices.
Cot/High Chair/Baby Bath: We can supply these at no charge.

Lay Out: Second floor –  living room, dining area, and corner kitchen. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bathroom and toilet. Stairs to mezzanine, bedroom 2 with two single beds. Stairgate at the top and bottom of staircase.  Area: interior – 50 sq. metres, exterior – nil.
Parking Arrangements:  The nearest public car park, Les Halles, is just behind the apartment – charges apply at certain periods.  Another car park – Parking Simone Veil – is just  a short walk away, and is free all year.

Rental Prices: Prices are in Euros and include normal usage of electricity. Tourist tax is included in prices.  We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your  arrival, and you can either clean before leaving or we can arrange an end of stay clean for 50€
