Spacious and with light flooding through the large sea facing windows , the apartment is on the first floor with beautiful views out to sea. Living room with door to balcony overlooking the sea, dining area and fitted kitchen . The apartment has two bedrooms , one with a double bed, the second with three singles. Bathroom and WC.
The decor is simple and uncluttered , and you can enjoy the fantastic views over the bay from the balcony.
St Jacut de la Mer is a family holiday village, set on a peninsula, with 11 sandy beaches linked by the coastal footpath, an ideal spot to relax and unwind. There is a bakery and small supermarket a short walk from the apartment, and the village has several cafés/bistros. In the heart of St Jacut de la Mer, next to the coastal footpath, beaches and bay . The village has a shop / bakery and several restaurants and bars. A full range of supermarkets and services can be found at Ploubalay , about a 10 minute drive away.

Parking Arrangements: Several free places available in the courtyard in front of the apartment, free on street public parking is available in the village.
Rental Prices: Prices are in Euros and include normal usage of electricity. Tourist tax is included in prices. We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or we can arrange an end of stay clean for 50€
